Gregory H. Maxwell

Greg Maxwell, another founding member, focused on general personal injury litigation, tobacco, asbestos, Federal practice, and commercial litigation. Greg has tried five tobacco cases to conclusion - one of the few attorneys ever with this experience. In addition, Mr. Maxwell is a leader in the defense of asbestos claims and has tried asbestos claims throughout the country. Mr. Maxwell graduated from Florida State University College of Law. He served as a law clerk for the Hon. Howell W. Melton, U.S. District Judge. Mr. Maxwell served both in the Navy and in the U.S. Army as a parachutist.
